About Me
Katherine Edwards Yoga & Massage was born out of my own journey to find better balance and ease in a hurried world. My lifelong practice of yoga and meditation has been an anchor through turbulent times, while massage and bodywork became essential to connecting mind and body. Over the past decade, my training and work have grown into a true calling to help people return to themselves, with yoga and massage as complementary pathways to holistic health.
My vision is simple: to create an oasis where body and mind can reconnect. In my yoga classes, I blend fluid vinyasa sequences with mindful yin and restorative practices, leaving students both grounded and energized. In massage, I integrate Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, prenatal, and other modalities to provide a therapeutic space that addresses physical concerns while honoring the connection to the greater whole. Whether in yoga or massage, I invite clients to pause, breathe, and discover a grounded sense of wellbeing.
What sets my work apart is my personal, highly relational approach. I listen closely and tailor each session with care, ensuring that people feel truly seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are. My practice is intentionally small and personal, rooted in authenticity rather than sales or trends.
At its heart, Katherine Edwards Yoga & Massage is about more than movement or touch: it’s about cultivating balance and belonging. I draw on both technical training in anatomy and physiology and the wisdom of Eastern practices to support the whole person—grounded in the belief that self-care radiates outward into our families, communities, and beyond.

Testimonials
Katherine’s yoga class is very unique and special. I have gone to many yoga classes and have only found two instructors, and Katherine is one of them, that I truly enjoy the entire class from beginning to end. She begins with the breathe and setting an intention and ends with a thoughtful quote. She’s one of a kind!
Vivian
Katherine is a fantastic yoga teacher. I'm not very flexible so I sometimes find yoga difficult/intimidating and Katherine did a great job making me feel welcome and making the class feel accessible.
Zara
Katherine is a great teacher. I took an "all levels" class with my mom and I didn't want class to stop--which never happens in my other classes!
Danyn
I have participated in yoga sessions while nursing a knee injury and Katherine been very good at providing a pace I can handle and been accommodating to what I can and can't do movement-wise.
