Mindful Movement in Marin: Group
Yoga Classes
I offer weekly public yoga classes at two beautiful studios in Larkspur and Corte Madera, each providing a welcoming space to cultivate balance, strength, and inner calm. At Love Story Yoga, I teach "Love Flows," the signature all-levels vinyasa flow where everyone is welcome, ranging from the beginner looking for a new workout to the advanced student wanting a balanced practice. At the Bay Club Marin in Corte Madera, I teach a challenging yet accessible vinyasa class suitable for all levels, or join for a complete slow down with yin yoga, a relaxing and restful practice where we mostly sit or lie down, using props to help your body and mind unwind and restore a sense of true calm and ease. I also offer private yoga instruction at my Corte Madera studio for personalized guidance at any experience level.

Testimonials
At 43, I’ve had ongoing leg muscle issues, but Katherine’s yoga sessions have really helped. She knew exactly how to target the problem areas and guide me through movements that actually made a difference. I’m finally feeling stronger and more balanced.
Katherine
I have participated in yoga sessions while nursing a knee injury and Katherine been very good at providing a pace I can handle and been accommodating to what I can and can't do movement-wise.
Erica
Katherine is a fantastic yoga teacher. I'm not very flexible so I sometimes find yoga difficult/intimidating and Katherine did a great job making me feel welcome and making the class feel accessible.
Zara
Katherine’s yoga class is very unique and special. I have gone to many yoga classes and have only found two instructors, and Katherine is one of them, that I truly enjoy the entire class from beginning to end. She begins with the breathe and setting an intention and ends with a thoughtful quote. She’s one of a kind!

About Katherine

Katherine Edwards Yoga & Massage was born from my own search for balance and ease — and that same intention guides every yoga class I teach today. Based in Marin County, I combine years of yoga, mindfulness, and bodywork to help clients release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and feel more grounded in daily life.
My approach is personal, responsive, and grounded in presence. It’s not about trends or perfection, but about cultivating balance, ease, and wellbeing that extends far beyond the yoga mat.
