Katherine Edwards Yoga & Massage was born from my own search for balance and ease in a fast-paced world. Yoga and meditation have been my anchor for decades, while massage and bodywork opened a deeper connection between body and mind. Over time, this personal practice became my calling: to create a space where others can pause, breathe, and return to themselves.

My approach is intentionally personal and authentic. Whether guiding a yoga class or offering therapeutic massage, I listen closely and tailor each session to your needs. It’s not about trends or perfection—it’s about cultivating balance, presence, and a grounded sense of wellbeing that extends into daily life.
