Enjoy this mix of slow- to moderate-paced vinyasa flow with a focus on hip flexor and hamstring opening to prepare for you full splits (hanumanasana). Sequencing includes a gentle warm-up, Sun Salutation variations, half splits and hip openers, pyramid pose (parsvottanasana), forward folds, and Warrior 1 & 2 variations.

Grab a friend or family member to enjoy this workshop teaching partnered yoga and massage. Learn how to perform massage and assisted stretching for shoulders, back, head, hands and feet. Gain new tools and techniques to take home with your loved ones. This 2 hour 45 min workshop incudes: - Introduction & opening meditation - Partnered yoga and stretching - Upper body seated stretch and massage (shoulders & back) - Lying down assisted stretching (hamstrings & hips) - Head, neck and face massage - Hand massage - Foot massage You will take turns giving and receiving massage and assisted stretching, meaning you will have the opportunity to both enjoy receiving a massage during the workshop, and learning new skills to continue the gift of hands-on touch after you complete this class.
